The Lemonade star didn't let a little scratch bother her as she performed in New York while blood trickled down her ear, but fans considered this a sign that she's a true superstar.
Beyonce rocked a gold and turquoise patterned suit for the outing, where she dined with her husband Jay Z as well as rappers T.I. and Nicki Minaj for the late night dinner at Pasquale Jones in the Big Apple.
The blonde star, who rocked an ultra-long braid, risked a nip slip as she headed out, pre-empting the gaping suit jacket by covering it with her hand.
The star appeared to have her huge earring ripped out mid-way through her performance, leaving her ear with a nasty-looking cut and dripping with blood.
